Information you share

Our inquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and service selections. Through inquiries, booking, and service interactions, you may also voluntarily provide project details, messages, booking information, and files or content. This website does not currently offer a file-upload feature. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the service you request.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand projects, prepare proposals, provide requested services, coordinate consultations, and operate and protect our business. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Technical information

We and our service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, including IP addresses, browser and device information, request metadata, and anti-spam or rate-limit information. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and temporary counters expire after ten minutes; form contents are not sent to Redis. Hosting providers may keep operational logs.

The website currently has no website analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If analytics are enabled in the future, basic usage information may be collected; we will update this policy and any applicable consent controls before introducing them.

AI-assisted tools

Propel Works may use AI-assisted tools to review or organize inquiries, assist with website, automation, or growth-related work, improve internal workflows, and draft or process content. These tools may process information you submit when necessary to provide services. They assist our work rather than making fully autonomous decisions about your inquiry or project. The current website does not automatically send form submissions to an AI service.

Service providers and sharing

We use third-party providers to operate the website and provide services: Vercel for website hosting, Resend for transactional email delivery, Cal.com for appointment scheduling, and Upstash for rate limiting and abuse protection. They may process limited information needed to perform their services under their own privacy terms. Inquiry details are retained in email records. The booking provider loads after successful form submission and receives your name and email to prefill the calendar.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed for our business operations, requested services, website, communications, security, or booking systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or security.

Files and content you provide

Files or content provided to Propel Works through current or future service interactions are used only as necessary to review inquiries or provide requested services. We do not intentionally keep temporary user uploads longer than needed for their intended purpose. Temporary uploads may be deleted after processing or when they are no longer required.

Retention and deletion requests

We retain inquiry and contact information for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
